I’m making it my goal this summer to try all of the Wollaston sandwiches!! Today for lunch I had the lighten up Francis which is considered a premium sandwich which means it is $7.99. It consisted of grilled chicken, spinach, avocado, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle mayo on a sub. I’m not sure if it is supposed to have guac but for some reason mine did. The flavor of the chicken was really good and meshed well with the cheese and chipotle mayo. However, I was starting to get bored of the flavor when I was halfway through. I would rate this sandwich a 8/10, its a solid choice especially if you like chicken.
