Meeting and study spaces are available to any current NU student, regardless of identity, for reservation! Please see the photos and capacity of each room below before making your reservation.

Please take note of our reservation policies:

Annex (Ell Hall 405)

  • Rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advanced
  • Students can reserve two blocks of 2 hours a day maximum (for a total of 4 hours a day). Additional reserved hours will be cancelled by our team
  • Only reservable via the Robin website, which requires login with Northeastern credentials
