The Pan Asian American Queer Alliance

PAAQA

The Pan Asian American Queer Alliance (PAAQA) is a student-led organization based in the Asian American Center. PAAQA is dedicated to supporting the intersectional identities of individuals who identify as Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American (APIDA) and as part of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Asexual (LGBTQA+) community as well as their allies.

PAAQA provides a safe and affirming space for open dialogue, community-building, and exploration of what it means to navigate both APIDA and LGBTQA+ identities. Through conversations, events, and shared experiences, PAAQA fosters understanding, visibility, and empowerment at the intersection of race, culture, gender, and sexuality.
