The Pan Asian American Queer Alliance (PAAQA) is an organization run out of the Asian American Center. PAAQA is designed to support the intersectional identities of those who identify as Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi, American (APIDA), and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Asexual (LGBTQA) community and their allies. PAAQA seeks to provide a space for open dialogue about what it means to identify as APIDA, and LGBTQA.

Dear PAAQA: Write a Letter to the Community” is a series dedicated to showcase our Pan Asian American Queer Alliance (PAAQA) who support students that identify as both APIDA and within the LGBTQA+ community. The goal of this initiative is to bring visibility to the voices of NEU students who identify as Queer and Asian/Asian American.
