I have a lot of co-op interviews and big exams for my classes on my mind this week, so I am going to create a description list of certain Genshin Impact characters that I have played on a team before.
- Kaeya: This icy and smooth-talking knight is the first main character that I leveled and built up. The amount of crit and physical damage that he puts out is unmatched when there are other cryo characters on the team. Also, I like his eyepatch. It makes him mysterious and more prone to headcanons.
- Chongyun: Another cryo character that synergizes really well with Kaeya! Chongyun’s ability to create a field of ice for melee fighters really helps out in situations where hydro or pyro enemies are overwhelming. Also, I love his cluelessness and seriousness in times of humility.
- Noelle: This maid is the “tank” of my team. I funneled all defense artifacts onto her and her healing is unmatched when I need to deal damage at the same time. She was also my first geo character.
- Amber: She’s the gliding champion of Mondstadt! Her pyro damage and bow and arrow were my main source of solving the various puzzles as I adventured across Teyvat. Unfortunately, she is pretty weak at the moment and I do hope that there will be some changes to her kit that improves her gameplay.
- Diluc: It’s ironic that this winery owner does not like alcohol. Diluc as of now is my main DPS. His fiery claymore damage does very well with the amount of cryo I apply with Kaeya.
- Childe: I only have Childe because of his unique ability to change stances between range and melee. In addition, his hydro damage is supplemental to my cryo as I am able to freeze them constantly. Also, he is one of the main antagonists in the story.
