I was very active when I was little. I used to play outside until 9 or 10pm every day with my next door neighbors. My brother and I would always play basketball or baseball in the backyard with our neighbors. I never needed to worry about having to do homework. I miss those times as I am less active now and worry about having to do homework and other academic things.

I def think one of the hardest things for college students to adjust to is finding time for joy. It’s something I struggled with too, especially when so much of those fun things were integrated into my life when I lived at home. I hope you’re able to find time for yourself and for some fun this semester!
