For Christmas, my brother had bought me clothes online, unfortunately, they did not arrive at home till the day after I had left back for Boston. Because this happened, my family had promised to send me a package with those gifts plus a few extra things and have it sent out soon. Then my mom went to Japan and my brothers decided to be lazy and now it’s the end of February, but I finally received the package. My mom sent it last week when she got back from Japan. Now that I have received it, I am super excited. The clothes my brother got me were totally worth the wait and I am super excited for when I’ll get to wear them out.
Other than that, my mom also packed me Sinigang and lumpia shanghai mix so that I can make them in Boston. With how it’s been getting cold recently and the snow, I feel like making Sinigang will really hit the spot. At home, Sinigang is one of my favorite meals and I always ask my mom to make it for me. Sometime this week, I’ll have to call my mom to ask her what I need to buy so that I can make it while the weather is still nice. Though that won’t stop me because I’ll enjoy Sinigang no matter the weather.
