The weather this week has been so odd! It was 60 degrees just a few days ago and all of a sudden, it’s started snowing and raining again. Because of the sudden weather change, it was like a wake up call to me on what is going on in the environment around us. I feel like we’ve experienced the most drastic changes in the weather this year. Another crazy weekend we had with the weather was a few weeks ago where it dropped to the negatives. At one point, it felt like -34º ! It’s almost spring break, but it doesn’t even feel like spring is near. 🙁
Something that I did this week was make Fuzhounese wontons with a friend. It’s been a minute since I’ve had food from my culture, and I didn’t realize how much I miss my grandma’s cooking. Choosing to make it ourselves was such as spontaneous decision, but it was really fun to make!
I can’t wait for spring break to start. School has been really stressful, especially co-op search. I will be going back to Jersey for a couple of days before coming back to Boston early for two concerts where some of my friends from home will also be attending.
