Summer Book Rec – “Man’s Search For Meaning”

During the summertime, most of us bounce between having fun & gaining experiences and simultaneously being nagged by an inner feeling that we aren’t being “productive” enough or don’t have a concrete enough direction.

The claim of Viktor E. Frankl’s “Man’s Search For Meaning” is that these two activities (experiencing vs directing out lives) are essentially one in the same, and boil down to the balance that provides meaning to us.

I’d recommend giving it a read if you are generally overwhelmed, bored with where you are, or even if you’re just feeling a little down. This will make any person’s summer more meaningful and fulfilling (even if just a little bit).
