These past few weeks, I’ve been getting at least 8 if not 9 hours of sleep every day. However, I always still seem to be very tired during the day. I am not sure why this is the case but I’ve been starting to drink a little coffee some days. Last fall semester, I was addicted to coffee. When I say addicted, I mean I would drink at least 3 cups every day – obviously very unhealthy. These days, whenever I need to drink coffee, one cup would be enough. I definitely think I’m doing better this semester than last fall semester, but I really hope I do not become addicted to coffee by the end of this semester.
