Why are groceries so expensive? My roommates and I spent about $300 per week on just the three of us. I would say that we eat like a family of 5. Sometimes, I don’t know how we go through our groceries so quickly. It shocks me sometimes because of the amount of money we spend. Is that normal? Am I doing something wrong? Another friend told me he spent about $80 on groceries every two weeks. What am I doing wrong? Any advice or tips would be appreciated. I need to solve this ongoing problem because my wallet is always crying.
