In the last month or so, all I’ve heard about was Squid Game this, Squid Game that. In my dorm suite, this is all that is talked about. When I told my suite mates that I have never had El Jefe’s or watched Squid Game a few weeks ago, they just looked at me with concern and disappointment. Honestly, I have this tendency to hate on things that are overly used or overly popular, and I don’t really know why. Things like Tik Tok, popular music, and Squid Game. I just have an instinctive feeling to stay away from them. While writing this post, Zoe told me I have a god complex. How can that be when my self-esteem is so low? I had El Jefe’s for the first time a couple weeks ago, and it was so delicious that I eat it almost religiously now. I also watched Squid Game, and after just watching the first episode, I got so addicted I watched the entire show in a day. Maybe I should open myself up to more popular things.
