I recently received a 90% off discount code from Ubereats so I decided to try out Cafe Landwer. I may have also been too lazy to go outside when it was cold to buy ingredients to cook, but that is beside the point. I was struggling to choose what to eat from the establishment, either the Landwer’s Famous Schnitzel or Chicken Pesto Fettuccine. In the end, I felt that I was getting more with my money from the pesto pasta. The pasta had chicken, pesto, and fettuccine– obviously. It also had mushrooms, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and cheese on the side that I could sprinkle on top. and cheese that I could sprinkle on top. The fettuccine had some bounce, the pesto sauce was delicious, and the chicken was not dry. The pesto sauce clung pretty well on the broccoli while the cherry tomatoes brought a nice pop of freshness to the dish. Overall, it was a nice experience but nothing particularly special.
