The luxury of being able to have hobbies at all is something I’d never take for granted.

I love all creative activities, meaning that I am never short on things to do; I’m always thinking about what projects I’d like to start next from risograph printing to knitting/crocheting new patterns. Though I was never really encouraged to try so many things besides practical activities/skills growing up, I picked up most of my hobbies from my grandparents, friends, and teachers that have bloomed into entire branches of my life.

Sometimes hobbies can be expensive, but being able to afford to print my artwork and to buy yarn is also something I’ll always be grateful for. When things get stressful or I’d just like express myself, I’m able to take time to myself and enjoy all 1,837,298 of my hobbies/projects.
