Now that I’m taking classes again after my Spring co-op, I’m really starting to miss being on co-op. Though work was stressful at times, I would never have to think about it outside of work hours. There was no pressure and no expectations to be productive in the evenings or during the weekends. I’ve really grown attached to using my weekends to just enjoy myself, but with the amount of work that classes require, I often have to spend my weekends dedicated to doing assignments or studying. Even though I’m struggling now, I’ve really come to appreciate my own time more because of this difference. I think I’ve definitely become better at making time for myself, but I honestly can’t wait to go back on co-op :’)
