Both to celebrate AAPI Heritage Month and also for our personal interests, my friends and I have been cooking Asian meals for dinner almost every night! It is not only a fun experience with my friends but, we are able to hone our cooking skills with different Asian recipes. Some examples of our homemade meals include curry+chicken katsu, soba noodles, kimchi fried rice and some sidedishes we’ve also made include pickled cucumber, beansprout, seaweed+tofu soup etc.
