the power of a 45min walk a day

The past few months, I’ve been trying to keep up with the habit of taking a 45+ min walk a day (aka a HGW). During these walks, I love to listen to some good music or (more recently) I’ve been trying to get into podcasts. And WOW, these walks are so refreshing. Getting away from my laptop, from school, from my apartment, from people, and just getting away from life for 45 minutes is so rejuvenating. A nice long walk with no destination, just walking to breathe fresh air and get the legs moving, and look around Boston. I highly encourage.
