Sonny Angels

Today I went to Newbury comics with my friends Ashlyn and Abbie to get blind box babies. They are called Sonny angels, and Japanese figurines that come in a box. When you purchase a box, you don’t know which angel is inside and they provide a picture of all the different angels on the side of the box. There are different series of different themes for the angels. So far, my friends have some angels in the vegetable theme, flower theme, animal theme, fruit theme, and more. Each angel is around $10, and when you have one sonny angel, you want more to your collection because of how cute, small, and happy they look. However, oftentimes you can get the same Sonny angel, but that’s okay because there are always people who want the Sonny you have and are willing to trade. This summer, I want to start my own collection so that I can keep them on my desk and look at them for motivation and start a hobby of collecting.
