Bulking Season

I have been bulking for the past one year, and it feels great. It’s so great not having to worry about every single calorie that comes to my mouth. Something that I am guilty of doing before this. I would have weigh every meal to the gram and use MyFitnessPal to track everything. But now, I rely on intrusive eating, where I eat when I feel like it. It’s a great change. I don’t ever think I can go back.

Some fitness influencers talk about how you should cut after a bulk, but I don’t think my hunger will allow me to do that. It’s scary how much I can eat. If I could stay at the dining hall without having to worry about anything, I would. The downside of bulking is the cost, especially as a First-Year. Since I don’t have a kitchen, I find myself going out to eat way more often than I should. But, I might as well enjoy myself since I’m going home in less than a week. Back to Hardinsburg, KY where the food is nowhere near as good as in Boston (unless it’s home cooking).

For now, all that’s in my mind is what place I should go to after each final.
