Relaxing

I feel like I’ve had different ways of relaxing throughout the years, but recently its just been to curl up in bed and play Persona 5. I feel the most refreshed when I’m off my phone and doing something that contributes to a hobby like playing games or committing to a book or show. My attention span is like that of a rock though so it’s been quite difficult recently, but I’m slowly working on it. I also love spending quality time with my friends and treating ourselves, whether it’s going to watch the ballet together or finding a cute speakeasy to talk about random hypotheticals at. Spending time with people who don’t make me feel like I’m expending social energy makes me feel so much better, especially after a long week 🙂
