I’ve been doing a lot of writing lately for my classes. They’ve been slowly ramping up with the volume of work and number of assignments, but it’s around the time where everything starts to happen at once.
For my History of Technology class, I’ve got a 1500 word paper due for the end of the second module (there’s one due for each). My first major story for journalism is reaching a head as well, which means that the next assignment will begin. My draft is due Tuesday, the associated podcast is due Friday, and then the final story is due the Tuesday after that. For systems, the assignments are getting longer and the first project will be out soon. The current assignment is due Sunday, which doesn’t bode well for my weekend. Algo homeworks I find quite long and my first midterm is this coming Friday. I’ll also be spending a few hours at Matthews tomorrow to play for pep band. Hopefully I’m not too stressed out over the coming weeks.
I’m looking forward to some of the fun events that’ll be happening on campus around Halloween and as we get closer to Thanksgiving. My suite mates and I have formed a husky hunt team with more of our friends, so maybe we’ll pass the qualifying quiz and get to participate in that!
