Quali-tea Time

One of my most favorite things in the world is hosting friends for a game night, potluck dinner, or simply spending time with people I care about. I love welcoming people into my home and making them feel at home! I’ve always prioritized spending quality time with my friends because I instilled the notion in my head that college is one of the few times where all your friends live within walking distance from you. And as a senior, this couldn’t be more true! This past weekend, I had a lovely time making charcuterie boards with friends for a “girls! night! in!”, which I named as “council meeting” in my calendar because we hadn’t caught up and seen each other in a while. The following night, my roommates and I had a blast hosting our friends over for a wonton making and presentation sharing night – we probably made about 100 wontons!!! Sometimes I find myself having out of body moments where I dissociate and take in all the laughter and joy around me (I’ll probably also be snapping a couple of candid photos!). Cheesy, I know, but I can wholeheartedly say that my friends are one of the most important things in my life and I appreciate their existence greatly. Okay, I’ll get off my friendship praising soapbox now!

P.S. Whenever I have people over, I always offer them tea. If I’ve offered you tea, just know I love you very much :3
