It has been really busy the past couple of weeks so I haven’t had time to stock the kitchen. Fortunately, I did enough work in advance that I could take a trip to T. J. Maxx for some essentials like a large pan, oven mitts, and whisks. The pan was around 17 dollars but also had a lid. I also got some ingredients to cook with hopefully next week. My first plan with the whisks and oven mitts is to bake some cookies because I had already stocked up with flour, sugar, and eggs. Also because I have a large pan, I am going to be frying up some frozen dumplings because it is quick and delicious. I also am able to spend less eating out because I have the tools necessary to cook at home, though I still have to get a cutting board and baking tray eventually.
