This Sunday, the mid-autumn gala event occurred under the collaborative umbrella of a few PAAC organizations. I went with my friends and had a lot of fun doing the activities such as making clay figurines, creating paper lanterns, taking photos, listening to performances, and of course, chowing down on food! It was also cool to see everyone a it dressed up. Growing up, I did not know much about the mid-autumn festival and I’m glad I’ve gotten to celebrate it with friends I love. I hope I can continue to learn more about the festival’s origins and find those that are worth celebrating with. 🙂
