mental health and the gym

Going to the gym regularly has been one of the best things I’ve done for my mental health. Implementing it as a routine part of my day has actually also improved my eating and sleep habits. Furthermore it is a really healthy outlet for stress, and I always leave feeling better than I came in. I never thought I was say this but I’m at the point where I genuinely look forward to going to the gym. For anyone looking to destress or pick up a new hobby I would highly recommend! My next fitness goal is to get back into running and run a 5k!
