Let’s Work on It

With a power to change the world, I’d have to think about the fact that people have free will and the ability to do whatever they want based on their beliefs and moral alignments, and a lot of things are very subjective to people.

I think I’d like the power to morally align people to objective goods at least, to pressing issues such as climate change/global warming and preventing violence.

It would feel incorrect to align people’s morals if it’s something that’s considered subjective, but we can hopefully all agree that the state of the world we’re living in and the people living in it are important, though some may disagree for whatever reason, therefore I don’t feel guilty influencing those who feel otherwise. In this way, hopefully more can be done for our world to have more people actively seeking its good.
