For the past weeks, the weather has been fluctuating. In the last week particularly, it got really cold, which wasn’t too fun because my heating system wasn’t working for a few days, so me and my roommate had to rely on layers and our blankets for warmth. Now, our heat works again, but even with it turned to low it gets really warm to an uncomfortable point, and it’s hard to find a balance. Overall, the temperature outside is like a 6.5 but our heating situation is a solid 5.
In the case that I took temperature check a little too literally, I personally feel like I’m at a 3 right now. I’ve definitely been better, but I was also worse in the past week so this is pretty okay! I just feel really overwhelmed mentally and I’m struggling a lot with myself, but I’ll get through it eventually.
