Growing up I loved making instant noodles with my mom. Honestly, I think one of my first memories was standing on a stool next to my mom helping her stir the noodles while adding my secret ingredient (singing). I remember singing to the pot and just being silly and to me and my mom that made the instant noodles so much better. That’s how I put some love and care into it because I didn’t see it as just instant noodles, it was just like any other delicious food I ate with my mom. Even though now I tend to see instant noodles as something to eat when I run out of food, but back then it was something special that me and my mom did together.
