Inspiration

As cliche as it may be, my biggest motivator in my daily life is the sacrifices my parents have made to bring me to where I am today. Being born into an immigrant family, my parents worked very hard to establish themselves in Venezuela. Even though we started off poor, with my mom working a low paying job and my dad having a couple of failed business, my dad was finally able to establish a business that made my family feel financially stable and allowed my mom to retire and invest her time into our family. However, after Venezuela started to decline politically and economically, my dad made the sacrifice to give everything we had up and move to America. He went enrolled in school in America in order to give our family visas because he felt America would give my sister and I better futures. We are now permanent residents in the US and I am almost done with pharmacy school. I wake up every day and work towards being able to pay back all of the sacrifices my parents made for my sister and I.
