How I Relax

I like to relax by doing absolutely nothing. I usually have a pretty active brain, and I always try to keep myself busy through things like cooking, cleaning, baking, going on walks, but I’ve noticed that doesn’t help me since it makes me think a lot. Now, I enjoy relaxing by doing nothing – by laying in bed, going on my phone and then eventually sleeping where I don’t have to think about anything.
