When I think of food that reminds me of home, pho comes to mind. Pho is a Vietnamese broth noodle soup that my mom and grandmother often made every week, especially during the colder months. I have many fond memories with my family during our weekly Sunday family gatherings of hovering over a steaming bowl of pho after playing with my cousins!
