It’s that time in the fall semester when hockey season is starting. After how much fun last season was, I can’t wait for all the games that will be played and the different themed games to come. The problem is that I still don’t have my own hockey jersey. I had tried to get one last year, but there was never any in stock, or they were out of my price range.
This year though I am ready to spend my money to get what I want. On the first doubleheader, which means two games in a row, there is going to be a jersey sale and I plan to buy one women’s jersey and one men’s jersey. Since these are game-worn jerseys with the player’s name and number on the back I will of course try and get my favorite player. But with only so many players, lots of fans will be interested. This means I’ll have to be fast, and I am prepared to just throw my credit card at the sale table and get any jersey I can if it comes to it.
