Today is both the Korean and Chinese new year and I plan to celebrate with my friends by getting dumpling takeout… but I wish there was more attention on Asian holidays as there is not as much recognition nor enough time given to those in the Asian community to celebrate. Today I miss my mom’s Korean food more than usual.
