Favorite Matcha Recipe

I make this matcha every day in my dorm – I can’t live without it! I’m drinking it right now as I write this blog. It’s a really simple and straight forward recipe, so it can be easily followed by anyone.

The ingredients you’ll need are:

Matcha Powder - Everyday Organic | 4 oz bag

  • Matcha Powder (I used this organic one from Costco)
  • Honey
  • Milk (or milk alternative)
  • Ice
  • Hot Water

Mix about 1 tbsp of matcha powder in 1-2 tbsp hot water (just enough to cover all the powder). Then stir in 1 tbsp, more or less depending on preference, of honey. I use an electric frother to mix everything to make sure there’s no clumps. Next, add ice and top off with your milk of choice (I use oat milk).

And you’re done! Super quick and easy to make at anytime, anywhere – even in your dorm 🙂
