Cooking

This year, I live in an apartment and I definitely love it a lot because of how much more personal space I have compared to the economy triple I lived in last year. I’m not on a meal plan this year so going to the dining hall isn’t an option. To be honest, as much as the dining hall food wasn’t very good, at least I didn’t have to always think about what to eat for lunch or dinner. It was a default for me to go to the dining hall and I didn’t have to give much thought. Now, however, every time lunch or dinner comes around, I’m always asking myself what to eat: whether to cook or buy out. I find myself buying out half of the times these days because cooking takes a lot of time (and I have to wash the dishes). Cooking is fun but time consuming, especially when you have a lot of deadlines coming around.
