Lately, I have been feeling extra tired and sleepy, not that I wasn’t before. It sucks because I would take a nap during the day. Every time that I set myself to a short nap (under 30 minutes), I find myself waking up 2-3 hours later. Then, I find myself having to stay up late to catch up on the assignments/projects that I was supposed to do instead of taking a nap. And the cycle repeats.
I think I need to start drinking caffeine. Non-caffeinated tea isn’t doing the trick anymore.
