Autumn Euphoria

As the sun kisses yellow and orange hues onto the crisp green leaves, I can’t help but take slower walks on my way to class to admire the trees in all their ephemeral splendor. Autumn is my most favorite season of the year and there are so many ways to celebrate the arrival of this wonderful time! Behold, my fall bucket list items for 2021:

  1. Enjoy a nice cup of hot apple cider and warm cookies! I forgot how the flavor of apple cider is infinitely better when it’s warm and implore you all to give it a try.
  2. Throw on your favorite sweater and take some fun fall photos! Boston Common and Northeastern’s own campus have plenty of beautiful trees to pose next to.
  3. Go apple picking with friends! There are plenty of orchards and farms only a car ride away!
  4. Plan a picnic outside! A fun idea would be to bake a small cake the night before and bring the cake, a blanket, and some drinks outside and enjoy the cool breeze under a canopy of orange leaves.
  5. Dress up for Halloween! Though it may seem childish, I always enjoy dressing up as my favorite character or doing a group costume.

I hope you all are doing well and midterms season isn’t too soul crushing. We’ve got this! See you soon!
