This week has been very hectic and stressful with two exams and two quizzes back to back. I felt like I haven’t had the time to take a break and reflect on my day. I was getting four hours of sleep and was constantly feeling anxious. It made me question whether I was truly passionate or even smart enough to continue my studies in pharmacy. ‘How will I get through three more years if I’m already burnt out?’ Is this really what I want to do for the rest of my life?’ These questions were always in the back of my mind while I studied for my exams. I had to give myself time to reflect on why I chose pharmacy as my major and think about the fun memories I had during my summer Co-op. Every college student will doubt their major or future at least once, and I realize that that is completely normal.
