Water Bottles

I’ve always been the type to have really big water bottles. For a year, I had a gallon-sized water bottle that I would bring to the gym and use for my daily needs. It was really easy to track my hydration levels, as I would drink at least one full gallon of water a day. There’s a myth that floats around the gym community, that people that use gallon-sized water bottles are pretentious and cocky. I don’t know why that exists, but I don’t think it’s true at all. Recently, I changed to a new, better looking half-gallon water bottle. It’s easier to carry, and still decently easy to track my hydration. I think more people should definitely try out larger water bottles. It almost makes you feel like a bigger person. Hydration is more important than people think, and apparently, almost three-quarters of the population in the United States is dehydrated, which I did not know until I researched it just now. Stay hydrated :).
