I’ve watched about 10 TV shows completely, and maybe around 5 unfinished. Throughout every one of those shows, regardless if I finished it or not, I always remember thinking that whatever show I was watching at the time was my favorite. I prefer watching shows over movies because I feel like movies are too long, but also too short at the same time. I have such a short attention span with movies, especially since I don’t really know any of the characters yet and I have to get to know them first which sometimes takes a while, then at the end I hate the feeling of getting to know the characters and watching them develop just for the movie to end. It feels like it takes forever to know them, but then their story just ends so quickly because the movie is done. That’s why I like watching shows, I can watch the characters on the shows develop slowly and completely and I don’t have to sit there for two hours just watching them knowing that in two hours I will probably never watch them again. The feeling of watching an episode of a show, and knowing that those characters will be there again in the next episodes after that is so comforting. It just makes me feel like I’m a part of the plot of the show too. This is why it’s so easy for me to say that every new show I watch is my favorite. I become so invested in them and I can’t help but to binge watch them. Here are a few of the shows I’ve watched:

  • One Tree Hill
  • The Vampire Diaries
  • The 100
  • The Flash
  • The Arrow
  • The Walking Dead
  • Glee
  • Riverdale
  • Orange is the New Black
  • On My Block
  • New Girl
  • All American
  • Outerbanks
  • Grey’s Anatomy

I’ve got to say that Grey’s Anatomy is actually my favorite show though. The 17th season is about to be released and I’m not tired of it at all. I even rewatched 15/16 seasons already this quarantine up to now and I’m about to catch up to the last aired episode soon. I actually love all of the actors and actresses in this show, they’re all so amazing. The show also incorporates so much real life ongoing social issues in their plot and it makes it even more interesting. Of course there’s the fair share of random or unrealistic scenes, but it’s still all so intriguing. The characters have all gone through so much development, especially those who have been here since the first season. I’m so excited for this next season to come out, it comes out right around my birthday too so you know what I’ll be doing then. 🙂
