If I had the choice to meet a cartoon character, I think I would like to speak to Ash from Pokemon. Not because I think he’s cool, or because his Pikachu is cute, but because I want to ask him what his secret is to never aging. Ash has been 10 years old for like 30 years, while I feel like I age 30 years every time my birthday passes. I recently had the opportunity to meet an old family friend who had a toddler before i moved to America 10 years ago. When I saw what I remembered to be a tiny baby was a teenager now, which made me feel old. I often think what it would be like to never age and if that really is something I would want. I think if i had the opportunity to speak with Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town, I’d explore the idea of never aging with him.
