Sunny Days

I’m always grateful for a bright, clear day, and the ability to enjoy it. Being in college often results in an enormous amount of things to balance, from assignments for classes and work for jobs to needing to go grocery shopping. I definitely have a lot less free time than high school so I really try to make the most of it. In my opinion, seasonal depression is a real thing and I spend a lot of time inside working. Daylight savings causes the sun to set so early in the winter. Being outside in nice weather really can’t be matched by anything else. I also appreciate the absence of impending due dates.

This winter break, I’m looking forward to sleeping in and watching tv. I’d love days where I don’t have to be productive and can peacefully enjoy my hobbies instead. In these last weeks of the semester, I’ll study hard so I’m not worrying over my grades during break. Then I can just have fun!
