Studying Hard or Hardly Studying

Since the first week of school, I have realized that I spent the majority of my time studying for some sort of exam/quiz each week. Right off the bat, I had two quizzes in the second week of school. I had studied for these quizzes at least two days in advance. These quizzes did not make up a majority of my grade as each quiz represented about 1% of my grade for one class. However, soon after, my first exam was coming up. This was known to be a hard class and a hard exam. I started studying a week in advance. I spent countless hours in classrooms rewriting my notes, quizzing myself on the material, and rewatching concepts I didn’t understand. The process is repetitive each week as I had to prepare for a different exam right after and/or the weekly quizzes on top of the exam. But, I do take breaks to give myself some free time to relieve stress and just relax. But I realized that having a set study habit is very beneficial and helps you stay on track with classes. I am happy to have found a healthy studying habit but I am still looking for more effective ways of studying as well.
