Recently, I just got a blender so that I can make post-workout smoothies. Since I’m attempting to gain weight, I tend to lean towards more calorie dense smoothies. Here is one of my go-to recipes:
- 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
- 1-2 cups of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder
