September Activities

I feel like every year feels more and more stressful. I always say I’m going to do less this semester and end up taking on so many different things. I feel like there’s so much to do but not enough time. I like to keep busy (but I procrastinate too much).

Coop was so much more stress free. It made adjusting to classes at the start of September a bit hard. I found myself feeling anxious during class when the prof was just going over the syllabus 💀 Anyways, I’m better now but still feel a bit overwhelmed.

At the same time, I’m excited about all the things I’m doing. I’m excited imagining it all coming to an end. After a stressful day, I always look back and think “wow that wasn’t too bad.” I hope to say the same about this semester. I’m excited to launch the peer mentorship program for Women in Finance. I can’t wait to grow Code4Community’s social channels and spread their mission. I’m manifesting good grades for my classes (some of them are quite tough right now). I look forward to presenting my real estate pitch to the investment committee. It’s stressful, but I’m excited knowing that these are all experiences I will gain a lot from!
