Self Care

Self-care is very important in today’s society and as a student where everything is fast-paced. People get so caught up in their work and school that they really forget to look after themselves. My main form of self-care and treating myself. I give myself a break from the school dining halls and go eat at some place I enjoy or even get delivery. Personally, whenever I stress it affects my skin. I then take the time to do a face mask or just spend extra time on my routinely skin care.
