When it comes to Self-Care, I really enjoy take the time to do things myself to recharge and reflect. Activities like solo bike rides and attending CorePower Yoga classes by myself are essential components of my self-care. I get to have the opportunity to clear my mind, explore the city myself, and focus on both my physical and mental well-being. I value the peace and clarity that comes from these moments of self-reflection and self-care, as they help me maintain a healthy balance in my life too.
