I wouldn’t say I ‘actively’ participate in self-care, but I have a lot of healthy ways I destress and accomplish all the things I would want to accomplish in self-care. For starters, I go to the gym frequently, maintaining good physical health. I also enjoy running every now and then. I spend a healthy amount of time alone and with friends, and have hobbies that I enjoy. Video games are a fun way to destress, but walks around the city are also great for de-stressing.
