If I had an elephant I couldn’t sell or give away, I’d use it as a friend and as a pet for kids in my neighborhood.
The elephant would provide me company. I think talking about my problems to such a large and creature I don’t usually see would make me believe my problems aren’t that big in a way. It would certainly be interesting to be looking at the animal as I talk to it. I wonder if we can be friends and iti would eventually come to understand me.
I would also let younger kids in my neighborhood come visit. I don’t know if I’d charge a fee, but it would be fun to let them play with the elephant. It would be a mini zoo with just one animal. I’ve seen elephants make paintings, maybe this elephant can be taught that as well.
It would certainly be an interesting experience to have an elephant I had to keep.
