destressors

I feel like there’s not enough time to truly destress now. When I do something other than work, I know I’m just procrastinating and being unproductive (still doesn’t stop me). I find the easier form of self-care to be cooking and eating a nice little meal with my friends. I love going on walks. I like debriefing with friends and catching up while enjoying the fresh outside.

I also feel more relieved when I start my day with a hardcore workout and then take a nice shower after. I put on a face mask and watch some youtube videos or read Webtoon while it dries. Thinking about this makes me happy right now. I can’t wait for next semester where I’ll have more time for myself. Coop is so much easier!
