Boston Lights Review

This year, I had the opportunity to visit the Boston Lights at the Franklin Zoo. There were around 60 different amazing light displays. I went to the event through the metro but would recommend taking the bus directly to the Franklin Zoo because of the long walk to the site. Because the light show was partnered with Tianyu Arts and Culture Inc., there were major Asian influences on many of the displays. For example lotuses, ancient Chinese mythological creatures, and the zodiac were among the many displays. The event was separated into sections, with the zoo section, mythological creature section, dinosaurs, and ocean section all with matching music. I personally enjoyed the mythology section because there was an enormous display of a Luan, a creature that resembles a peacock. I won’t go into too much detail if people get the opportunity to go to the light show next year if it is hosted again, but would definitely say that it was a unique experience with the large displays shining in the pitch dark.
